Trimix and Penis size

Had seed implant for PC in 2002. Starting in 2004 till April of 2008 I had a total of 10 operation procedures for urinary blockage due to the implants. After about the 7th procedure I noticed a problem with ED. After the 8th it was total ED. Starting in Sept of 2008 I started with Trimix - (about .02). However, my erections reach no longer than 3-4 inches which of course are FAR from normal or usuable. My urologist says that  this is probably due to my not having any erection at all for over a year.

I have also tried using a pump in conjunction with the Trimix but that doesn't seem to add anything.

Any suggestions please!

Well, this is a long shot at best (excuse the pun) but have you ever thought of buying one of the penis extender traction devices? I have Peyronies disease (bent penis) now from using trimix injections following robotic surgery 8 months ago, and I am trying to straighten out my penis by wearing this penis brace/extension device most of the day. The urology group in Chicago feel this really works. One month  later no improvement in the curvature,  but my penis is definately longer than it was over a month ago. I bought the quick extender device on line, there are many copies of this device on other websites, I figure they're all about the same.  The device puts a stretch on the penis 8 hours/day, you have to take it off every couple hours to give your tissue a chance to rest. The stretching doesn't really hurt, but it can irritate your skin on your thigh after a couple hours of wearing. I also found it was more comfortable not to wear underwear with it, just wear your pants (or in my case my scrubs) over it and after awhile you actually forget your wearing the device. You continue increasing your penis length and width by adding small extender screws to the brace on a specific timetable. I have no interest in adding on any more extenders  since my penis is long and wide enough with trimix injection but  it bends too much to the left. I just want it straighter! I know this sounds really weird, but I don't know what else you (or I) can do about our problems in this area................

I dunno, I think my solution was the same as yours. All I know is that I was tested in uro's office after catheter came out with a 20 unit dose in a small syringe. It produced a good erection, not too painful for about 3 hours. However, when I went home and filled the prescription the first time I injected the erection was much harder and longer. I never did that again!. I called up my uro and told him I was starting at 5 units and gradually working up 2 units at a time to find the right dosage. 5 units did nothing, 10 units was marginal, 15 units was too many. So I started again at 8 units and seem to have settled in at 11 units now. I also keep a supply of sudafed in the house in case the erections last too long. I was careful to always switch sides between injections, held pressure at the injection side to 5 minutes, and I never injected more than 2x/wk. I dunno why I am in the unlucky 8% of men who get Peyronie's from injections, I rarely hear of it on this forum. I only inject 1x/wk now because I don't want it to get worse, and I take the vitamins and use the extender device above to see if I can straighten it out. I guess I could give up sex altogether or eventually go have a penile implant, but neither of those options sound great to me..................
