Testicular pain and rectal pain 4 months after surgury

It's been 4 months since I had my radical prostateomy.    First, my latest PSA results are undedectable.   But lately, I've been noticing a lot of pain in my testicals.   Also, after bouts of diarrhea, SEVERE colon/rectal pain.  

I'm seeing my urologist Friday, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these symptoms and what if you know about it.

I should also mention that I work as a truck driver.  I bounce around a lot while driving.  I also have to do some heavy lifting.

I always appreciate the common sense feedback I get on this board.

I had ongoing pain and I am about 3 months out of Robotic surgery. My PSA was the same as yours and when I went back for my check up I asked my Surgeon about the pain. He said he thought it was divticulosis and so then I went to see my GI a week later and he put me on antibiotics. Not sure how I developed that after surgery, but anyway I would have it checked. I didnt have the diarreha but mostly colon and stomach pain and testicular soreness. Good luck.
