Cath question

I get my cath out in the morning. I've noticed the last few days that I have a sore on the bottom on my penis just below its head. Also at the bottom of the slit where you pee from is some white looking crud. Have others had this? My wife says not to worry and things just washing well with out the tube in the way will help. Anyone else have sores or stuff from the Cath?

lew, your wife is probably right, other men have reported the very same thing after their caths were removed. As many as I have had, never been a problem. If it doesn't clear up on its own in 2-3 days, might be worth calling your dr. office and mentioning it. There is always a risk of infection, but probably isn't in your case. Bet you are glad to be free of the rubber snake.
