I can not believe that a jury would award that much. That is what makes medical service so expensive for all of us.

Isn't anyone responsible for their own actions? After 2 hours wouldn't you think you'd get medical attention? Ok, ok, ...three hours. Did the guy not understand the instructions?
Payments like this just take money out of the system and our pockets and do nothing to help.
I hope the new health care system has a provision to fix this nonsense. I'll bet he only gets a few pennies on the dollar. The attorneys and expert witnesses will get the rest.
