Well, last night was the first night since DaVinci (18th May ) that I went all through with out getting up for a pee. Went to bed about
12.30 am and crawled out at 8am and went to the bathroom. So not a quick process this recovery thing but improving slowly. All the best to everyone from England.

Congratualtions. Progress is measured in baby steps.
As you can see from the time stamp in my post, I almost made it - 4:30 am. I just started a fire in the wood burning stove so the house will be warm when everyone else wakes up. I guess that's one advantage to my late night walks.

Good going, dogbot. That's how that part of recovery works, one small victory at the time
