All done with my 40 treatment long SRT. Going on vacation in a week. Next question to tackle is how long to stay on HT. Any of you guys on ADT have any sex at all? Do you have thoughts about ED and HT?

Sex is rarely possible on HT using LHRH and Bicalutimide. Because I lack libido, erections are very scarce. My last tests from two weeks ago still have my testosterone at 21ng/dl. Yuk.

But I have to say my quality of life has been good. And having my wonderful wife Ruthie has been biggest supporter. I have been on Lupron and Casodex for two and a half years and we are still quite intimate.

Congratulations on finishing the course. An important milestone, so enjoy the vacation. Remember, where sex fails, injections works- usually.. smilewinkgrin

Great news Geebra. I hope it has done its job and killed whatever CP cells were left behind. Enjoy your vacation and don't think about PCa.

You can have sex on HT; but you really have to try. The loss of libido makes you not even think of it.
there is a drug for hot flashes that my nieghbor takes, he's been on HT for 12 years and said it really works; I think he said it was Estis or something like that.
Make sure you have an excercise program that includes weights and have a bone density scan as a base line to monitor if you have any bone loss.
