Dang it! Out for a walk today and decided to stop at the drug store and pick up some L-Arginine based on this thread. Could help, can't hurt, right? Couldn't find it, and then wasn't 100% sure of which 'L', so picked up L-Lysine.
Will have to go back sometime, I guess, or pick up some walnuts at the grocery. Well, the Lysine should be good for collagen and connective tissue, etc. I guess I'll finish out that bottle too.
