I deleted the entire thread. If I'm gonna be accused of censoring, then I want it to be from everyone, not just one or two individuals. I tried to let the subject develop along narrow limits and maybe people could say say and think what they wish. No such luck! Sometimes being a heavy handed dictator is a real downer.
