Can't Urinate After TURP?

Hi all, after two TURP surgeries (about 5 days apart), my father still can't urinate much. The last TURP was approx. 2 weeks ago. Catheter came out a few days after, but he could only pee a small amount, and has had to go back to the ER a couple of times to have the catheter put back in (at which time as much as 1100 ml came out!). They also had trouble getting the catheter past the prostate each time.
It should also be noted that he had a catheter in for about 8 weeks prior to the TURPs...

So why is the prostate continuing to close?? He has Gleason 10 prostate cancer cells in prostate and seminal vesicles, but cat and bone scans reveal no other spread. He is on hormone therapy as of 2 weeks ago, and starts radiation in a month...

With 12/12 cores all positive, with all Gleason 10, this is a very serious dx. I think he needs to immediatley need to seek a top notch radiation oncologist and if you have access, to a prostate oncologist. With those stats, most urologists or uro/surgeons would have passed in over to cancer and radiation experts.

Please keep us well posted, and if you can think about anything else involving his stats/case, please add them.
