No secret here, I am at the bottom end of the recovery curve. I figure I'm helping all you guys by taking up the slots nobody wants. (My Christmas present to you.)
I have tried Cialis, Viagra, and VED daily with no response so I am considering bimix, trimix, margaritamix or any other that might help me out.

Are any of you injection guys still incontinent like me: 3 full pads, 450 ml per day but dry when on my back in bed?
After you inject and you successfully get hard, do you leak when you change positions? Is leaking even a problem for that 1 hour of activity? Will I need a pad and how does it go on when I am still in "tent pole" mode ? Will I need to wear a K&N air filter www.knfilters.com/harley_intakes.htm stuffed with pee pad?

Jeff, I know I've seen several guys use a small diameter silicone penis ring on the erection solely to control leaking. That should work much better than a pad on a erection. What ya gonna do when its time for the big show, push the pad to one side? Maybe an oven mitt, instead?smilewinkgrin

don't like the feel of the constriction ring AND if you really want to shoot shoot shoot that
urine somewhere during the big O. )

Padded condoms - great idea.
James, I did not know the trick of using a silicone ring. I will go to Advanced Auto Part and check out different sized fuel injector "O" rings. I know they don't allow you to open packages but maybe they would make an exception in this case. "I.. just .. have .. to try.. this.. on.. here.. Yikes! Help! Get it off! Get it off!!!"

Drain as completely as you can before the big act.  Then sometimes you may shoot urine.  If you're basically empty, then a condom should be sufficient.  Oh, the joy...

I don't "shoot" urine, but will dribble sometimes in all the activity of doing what I came there to do.  This is where understanding wives and rubber sheets (just kidding) come in. 

I have found initially that I need the penis ring to maintain the erection anyway, so that does help the leakage.

Wow, I have read the stories here about men blasting urine while having sex, guess I was fortunate there, never had that happen, not sure what I would think if I did. The challenges we all face make for quite a complex story sometimes. My hat is off to you brothers who have that as a thorn in their sides.

You probably won't shoot urine if you are on your back. But, when you JO, even when limp, do you shoot urine? It will probably be the same. But, who cares? use a condom/ Or they make a cock ring with a nodule that can press right on your urethra. That should stop it. either of these...take for a test run by yourself! Some guys do shoot geysers, but if you've been ********** and it hasn't happened yet, it probably won't with an erection either.

That was exactly what I needed to know. I already know what happens without an erection: just a dribble. I was concerned that there would be a difference with one. Who knows how that plumbing works? I was able to convince myself it could go either way. If the volume is the same with an erection a condom should easily be enough to handle it.
Unfortunately the way things stand now (or should I say "don't stand"?) a condom is useless. Sadly, I need finger cots without the holes.

Hi Jeff,

I would try the injections if nothing else has worked for you. ED oral drugs, VED didn't get me there and Trimix is starting to. Still a work in progress, but once I get dose and procedure worked out I think I'll be OK. I was doing great with the VED for a while but hit a wall, go figure. Leakage or not, ask your doc and give it a try.

Jeff,

The visual of a pee pad with a whole in the center and a pole sticking through it is just too funny. As for shooting urine, remember your were shooting another liquid before so just think of it as a thinner version.

My one pad adventure didn't last long, I am now at 3-4 but better that 6-8 that I did a few weeks ago.

What are the negatives of Trimix-gel
I am thinking about going from VED to Trimix-gel but really skittish
about anything new.

Even when I leaked, if I emptied myself and did not drink anything, I was 100% dry for a few hours at least. I would not worry about a few drips if you were engaged in intercourse, did you ever worry about Pre-ejaculation when all worked well before PC ?

I have talked to the inventor quite a bit! Does that count? It works for 40% of men for whom the oral meds do not work. That's pretty good. It is also very effective in combination with oral meds.

If your RX of Oral ED meds is not covered by Ins then Trimix-Gel is likely also not covered ,seems like it is $15 a dose from what I read

It is a suppository and needs to be inserted into the end of your Penis, looks like people are reporting a 40% success rate. I wonder if taking one of the oral drugs can get that up much higher in success rate ? Could be a great "on-the go" solution

"there is no needle, just a tiny "turkey baster" used to install
the gel into the end of the penis. The result was very similar to the
tri-mix injections. One downside is that it cost $200 for 12 doses"

I have read the lit. on the Gel but have not seen a post from anyone that has tried it. In interested in knowing if someone that uses it Get had tried MUSE and how do they compare.
