Cialis Professional

It's difficult to not be impatient when you have a very attractive and willing partner when you're not "up" to it yet.

So, while reading as much as I can here and from web searches, I came across references to Cialis Professional.
It supposedly is a new and improved formulation of Cialis. Do any of you have some more information about the validity of the new formulation and its efficacy over traditional Cialis? TIA

In my profile I describe myself as healthy and active. Healthy may be pushing it some, but once I came to grips with my PCa I decided that it is much more satisfying to live my life to the fullest. There has been little in the way of sex in my life but would like to change that in the time that remains. At the top of my "bucket list". Thus my impatience.

Well, I've been using daily Cialis and Trimix for about 3 weeks now. Sure hope the 20 year olds are doing better than I have so far.

I just need to be more patient and wait to see how things go after more time. I guess I am like a 20 year old in the sense that I'm looking for instant gratification.

"Are you getting the tip of the needle into the cavernous cavity? I had a problem at first, using 1/2 inch needles of going on thru the cavity and out the other wall, into the tissue in the center of the penis. T What's your technique for injecting- do you fluff up the penis a little, maybe stretching or milking blood into it, to fill up the cavities with blood beforehand. Several of us here have to do the pre-plump deal, with a pump and ring to get the cavities to expand enough to allow for the needle to hit the target in the right place. Use the pump to get about a 1/4 erection, apply a penis ring, then inject. Gently massage the penis to spread the drugs and keep the blood in the penis. After about 3 minutes, when enough time has passed to ensure the drug has adsorbed, remove the ring and continue the gentle massage until erection is achieved. Lots of questions thrown at you, but trying to help by pointing out things that may give you a more successful experience. A thought- maybe try the 31 ga, 5/16 inch needles with the pump and ring method to see if that helps. I really feel if you try the plump, ring, inject and massage for 3 minutes before releasing the ring- and blood contained in the penis- you will probably have a much better and longer lasting response, and find it takes less medicine.

I was using a 1/2 inch 28gauge needle initially, but for the last month I've used 5/16 inch 31 gauge insulin needles, much easier and little discomfort. I also use the "fluff and ring" technique as posted here although I'm not sure I get the ring tight enough. I'll be getting a VED from the urologist in two weeks, that may help in the technique.

I'm also interested in the question of using Cialis in conjunction with Trimix. I remember reading where biker90 uses Viagra in conjunction with his injections.
