Since you asked, it'd help if you used smaller font type, eliminated the added line spaces, combined infor on a line, rather than short seperate lines, maybe made your initial biopsy infor more concise, just reduced the history of your journey some. AS you move father away from the first stuff, like initial findings, etc, you can reduce the amount of detail needed. Maybe combine your path report in comma seperated statemnts to reduce lines. As is, it is hard to read and understand the whole picture of your story. But reducing the heavy black, large fonts would do more than anything. ....Since you asked, remember....
