Hi there guys and gals

Just thought I'd pop in and say Hi, it's been a while since I've posted. It's been nearly 4 months since my wife passed away, and I think I'm starting to adjust, but the house still seems so empty. I'm due for another PSA test in a few days, but find I'm not nearly as anxious about it as I was in the past. Not sue if I'm just getting used to it or just don't care as much.

I've lurked in here regularly, been following the trials and tribulations of our brother Purgatory. Man, you've been through hell and back, and I pray there will be some light at the end of the tunnel for you real soon.

Thanks for checking in. Sorry to hear about your wife as she must have been quite young, in looking at your stats. Glad you are doing well and it might take awhile to adjust to your house without your wife. Hope your PSA yields good results and may you live a long and wonderful life.

Ralph, thanks for coming back and checking in with the gang, and thanks for remembering me. I am still hanging in there as you can see, its just been one thing after the next with these chronic stricuture issues.

I know how I feel about my wife of just shy of 36 years, and I know I would be devesataed. I hope your broken heart is slowing healing, and as you said ,adjusting. I feel for you there brother, no words could make one feel better in that situation, but I hope you can still manage to reach out and find some future happiness. Mean that sincerely.

Ralph: My condolences on your loss. It is an adjustment and at times very lonely. You know you have support here in your journey and we all hope and pray your upcoming PSA test keeps you in the zero club. Hopefully you have been able to share this part of the journey with others so they can give you support as well.

good to see you back. Glad you checked in. Can you make plans for the next GFMPH weekend in NY? You need it. It was great last year. You will smile for the rest of the year.

Gunner59 (Ralph), so glad you are checking back in with us. Mourning a life-time partner is tough and I am sorry that you had to experience it. I hope you get zeros and happier days ahead. Stick around. smilewinkgrin

Ralph, glad to hear from you and know you are doing better and wish you big 0 on your next PSA test. I am happy you posted. I have been wondering how you've been doing since your wife's death. I see you are hanging in and moving forward. Perhaps you have learned not to worry about PSA tests. That is something I wish I could do.

Ralph,

Sorry about your losses, but that is what life seems to be about. I can empathize with you because I also lost my wife and that little walnut. (in that order). I can remember the pain of those empty spaces. But life goes on. I did get remarried last year to a wonderful woman who has been a big help in dealing with PC and the effects.
