Feels like I am preventing myself from urinating, but i dont feel the the urge to urinate. Like I am "Pinching". I am 20 years old. I dont feel this all the time, just sometimes. What can it be?

I don't know, but at 20 years old it's highly improbable that it has anything to do with prostate cancer.
You should ask a doctor, who will probably check to see if you have a urinary tract infection.

And if you local doctor can't figure it out, he can always send you to see a urologist. Don't let it get too bad, to where you have blockage, its not fun dealing with that in an ER when your bladder is backed up. Definitely see a doctor asap.
