Hi all!
I am not a regular poster here but am around a lot and feel like I am a real part of this community. I certainly don't have the expertise of many on this site so I don't answer a lot of questions that are posted. I would like to relate my PC experience because I think it might be informative and interesting to the community. I just met with my uro who did my robotic surgery on 10/29/2009. He informed me that my PSA remains at <.1 undetectable. My reaction was YESSSS! Thank God. He told me that my chance of needing further treatment was very small...less than 25%. He said that he would not recommend radiation until my PSA reached at least .2. He believes that many go to SRT to quickly and probably don't need it. He said that he has seen to many negative side effects from SRT. His experience has been that even though PSA may rise that it always doesn't continue to rise. It may level off and stay at a low level. For now I don't have to concern myself with this issue.
I met with the ED specialist. I have been taking Cilais for therapy, but have not got any reaction from it. My ED guy changed me to Viagra 3 times a week at bedtime. Dosage is 50mg for two weeks increasing to 100mg thereafter. He hopes to wake those nerves up...My trimex mixture which is considered the standard mix with 20 mc of PG gives me only about
a 80% erection at 50 cc. He gave me a sample injection of a trimex with 45 PG. Have yet to try his sample.

Congrats on the zero and wishing you a lifetime of them. Make sure you come back with an update on the ED trials.

Ricky, nice to hear about
another zero!
This just adds to the evidence that treatment can be effective for many of us.
All the best to you,
Barry
