Bimix or Trimix injections goes down slowly over 3 hours period

I Had prostate surgery July 14 2009. I have been injecting myself with Bimix. I noticed that I have a 95% erection for 1 hour that it goes down slowly over 3 hours period. I was worried that this is too long . I was wondering if this is normal with the shots. I freak out thinking of it. But if its normal that would put me at ease. I have no pain during the 3 hours.

Perfectly normal. You need worry only if you still have a solid erection after four hours. Even after four hours, I was still bigger than normal, but it would hardly have qualified as an erection.

Hi Al,

That seems to be normal, the bloodflow slowly flushes out the medication.

What you also can do during that time to speed up the flush is to walk. I found that just walking around the house a few minutes speeds up the subsiding of the semi-erection quickly

NOT normal is a full erection for 4 hrs or more, Sudafed (not PE version) should be handy just in case. I have never needed it for an extended erection but someone in my house always seems to have a cold or congestion and I can come to the rescue for them, its not a bad thing to have around anyway. Note: You need to get this version from the Pharmacy counter at most any Supermarket or drugstore

Sorry about that, and thanks for letting me know. It's been like that for months -- no wonder I haven't had any emails smhair

I've fixed it now -- it turns out my user name is case sensitive -- a capital 'P' on 'piano' makes all the difference.
