Since many of us deal with radiation treatments and endless tests, thought this was worth showing:

Recently had an IVP to check kidneys and bladder for possible cancer. The radiology department had to bring in an older tech because they rarely do them anymore. CT scans have replaced the technology.
The IVP takes about
8 or 10 x-rays, compared to a CAT scan which takes many times more pictures. A CT scan is equivalent to 150 to 250 chest xrays.
It is estimated that the risk for cancer from a CT scan could be 1 in 4000.
