So I turned 50 last week and today my surgeon gave me the best gift of all.
7.5 months since my surgery and 6 months since my last blood test and I'm a less than .05 PSA guy.
Also known as undetectable, or as most of you lucky guys like to call it, the zero club.
I'm doing well and miss the "old days" when I had a prostate but all things considered I've got very little to complain about
.
I hope my fellow Healing Well friends are doing well and I'm happy to help anyone who needs any advice.
Happy Birthday to me!! LOL

Congratulations and happy birthday, Mike. Two good reasons to celebrate, and welcome to the Zero Club.

Congratulations! We are the same age. Amazing the folks on this site that are in their 40's or 50's.

Many happy returns for both the birthday and the zero club membership.
I'm another one dx at 48 and surgery and RT at 49. I'm 50 in ten days so l'll have to wait a while till my doc can give me any chance of joining the zero club.

Fantastic! May this be the first of many zeros! Since it's your birthday you get a beer, so the beer you owe as zero club dues makes it a wash.
