I had my prostatectomy on 25 July 2010.  about a month before surgery I was taking 5mg of Cialis daily and everything worked great.

Since surgery I continued with the 5 mg of Cialis and lately I have been taking a 20mg dose of Levitra every night instead of the cialis. 

The surgery was 5 weeks ago. Is it normal to not even have the slightest stiring (no nocturnals of any sort) this long after the surgery. 

I just plain don't know.  I was told that it was a nerve sparing procedure.  Any comments would be appreciated.

Right now you're still in recovery mode. The Meds are meant to keep blood flowing to mr pee wee to keep him health. Wait another five months and report back turn

My biggest conern is that the blood flow is happening.  If it is getting that done even though there isn't any physical indications, then I am okay with that.  Overall I have been very fortunate.

When I took the meds - I took em right before bedtime so I didn't have any idea what they were doing. But odds are they help make blood flow.

Even though the nerves were spared they were moved, or stretched which means they need lots of time to heal

You may not ever notice a nocturnal erection

Wood - as the others stated - you are still in recovery mode - it is a time for penile rehabilitation
-> taking the meds - I use daily cialis dosage...
-->**********g - to help get the blood flowing and the membranes stretching - you can still have an orgasm when flaccid ..
--->you can also use a vacuum pump ( high end cost or sex toy model) - to help stretching , blood flow and health of Mr. Happy

key thing is now - if you don't use it, you lose it... so have fun communicating with that body part and learning how it responds now ( or not)
and do keep in mind

you are in recovery mode - it takes time and patience -
