It's now 20 months post surgery. The past 20 months, I've been wearing thicker underwear, even after discarding pads some time back. Last summer was okay, but this summer, it just got too hot. I bit the bullet and went back to good old boxer shorts. Ah, much cooler. Just made it through a week with no problems! Never thought that would be a big milestone in life, but hey, you never know.
Still wearing dark pants just in case of a dribble :). Also, it's hot out so wet spots dry out fast.

Yes indeed, there is that evaporative cooling effect.

Hi, DJBear,
Good news on your milestone. A low PSA is just what you need to see.
Hoping that you keep covering those "miles" forever.

Sounds like a good report, DJ. Yeah, even though still on a catheter, I have only worn black pants or shorts for nearly 2 years, just in case.
