Prior to my op I had noticed a change over a couple of years.The volume had definitely dropped off ( I would guess about
50%) and orgasm had definitely become less intense. I put it down to age and things wearing out
Post op pathology certainly gave a clue as to why ...... I had quite a lot of the gland involved with tumour, which on reflection, I guess had interfered with the proper functioning of the gland. Now however, a far more eye-popping orgasm than I can remember in many a year seems to be my compensation for the total loss of ejaculate ...... I can live with that
