Four years ago today, at this time, I was in lala land having my walnut removed.

This is the place I turned to, and the support I received was second to none.
I'd like to thank each and everyone of you, I don't think I would have fared as
well without this group. I don't chime in that often but I visit this site everyday.

Four years of zeroes!!

Ken, That is just GREAT news. I must agree with you I am 2 years behind you and I visit this board almost every day. Have met some of these great guys face to face and so many here have pushed me into being my new self.

I try my best to pay it foward to help suupport the new guys here and let them know that live does move on and in good ways.

I am so happy to hear your great news.

Ken - congratulations to your four years of ZERO'S !!!

( we all know that there is no such thing as an absolute zero PSA - but my Urologist Surgeon -at my last PSA post-op test) told me I " WAS ZERO PSA " - 0.05 - which is <0.10 )

Here's to a lifetime of Zero's !!
