David all the best mate, HW has changed somewhat, I know what you mean, have realised that it does you good to get away from here for a while, having a break helps to stop thinking about things, and just get on with life, been here since 2007, and it sure has helped me cope.

Hi David,

I think all of these sites go through some kind of natural evolution and changes over time. The number, tone and personality of participants have changed up and down, back and forth since I joined in 2007.

I'm grateful for your friendship and for my long-term buddies who lurk in the background and sometimes pop up on occasion.

David, I wish you the best in finding the recovery and peace you desire for you and family.

David. Good idea to take a break.
Your body and mind have been through so much: a meaningful, deep recovery is needed.
Hope the programme etc do you a lot of good.
