ED - A rapid and novel alternative help !

In Australia, it is near impossible to get Bi-Mix and Tri-Mix  or any injectables other than the expensive ones.  ie  Caverject.
Access to ED materials seems more limited.

The normal tabs of Viagra, Levitra and Cialis have their time limitations .
They can be impacted by what other materials are in the stomach at the time of ingestion.
Other options are also available for delivery of these drugs such as nasal spray or suppository and injection.

A standard preparation of Phentolamine and either Viagra, Levitra or Cialis can be produced (Compounding Chemist) as Nasal spray or Lozenge, that is absorbed by the soft tissues of the body.  The benefit is that it is not diluted in the stomach,  (hence causing uneven absorption), whilst giving the direct and thus better results.

Because it can be absorbed by soft tissue, it could be suggested that such absorption can also take place in ANY soft tissue ie. the rectum (ie. Suppository Lozenge) or the penis itself. 
It is to be assumed that in the penis, it goes to work "Where it is needed"    and creates a rapid erection, where conventional tabs might take a considerable time.

This is obviously working like MUSE. (Whatever that was)

The suggestion is that in stead of spraying the atomiser up your nose, you 'spray' it into the penis, by inserting the nozzle into the eye of the penis and pressing the actuator.  Grip the penis head so that you don't lose the drop of material, and massage the drop down the penis shaft, to increase the area of absorption.
The result is a good erection without the high after PAIN of a Caverject Injection.  Sprayed into the nose, strong irritation can occur. 

Comparatively speaking, in the penis, the discomfort is far less severe than in the nose, and lasts just a few minutes.

Has anyone heard of this "Misuse" of nasal sprays. It is LOGICAL that it just has to work..

One report suggested that such an application was actually better than the penile injection, and delivered the first erection that could allow penetration following the RP, but that it only lasted about 20 minutes -- Hey - 2 is all you need    !

I would not expect that a doctor would entertain such an application, but it sounds like it is very-non-invasive (discrete) , very-effective and very-inexpensive..  eg.  a 30 dose (plus) preparation was quoted at $130..

I think I recall some comments on MUSE, but I have not heard what the "Problem" is with it.
I naturally assume that it is discomfort.  BAD Discomfort !

I was told to try the Cavaject, and boy, that is the pits -  For ME - no more effective than a  'V'  Tab and then you feel like Willie got left in the freezer overnight, or jammed in the car door for an hour or so. ... .. .  Intercourse is also impractical as the pain is so distracting..  It might be good for 'Rehab', but that is all..   I would prefer to go celibate, and find other ways, if that was the only way to love the bride..

(I am told) NO such effect with 'In-your-eye' (PP, Per-Penis), and just the slightest tingling for a minute. AND - a response within seconds.
If you can eat it as a Tab., Spray it up your nose as an atomiser, or stick it up bum (PR) as a lozenge, and it all works, then this way is just "Same-Same-But-Different", but not in accordance with the 'directions'.

When it come to ED and 'Rehab' , COST does become important.  Being told to pop daily $15 Viagra's for weeks (or part tabs), with no results... is fine for those not paying the bills..  .. .. In Australia there is also an issue with COST, where I understand that you can claim scripts over $75 on Med-Insurance, and surprise-surprise, they sell $85   4-tab 'V's' for  $74.80 -- A New Conspiracy Theory ???... .. .
Anyway at over $100 for many applications, the Nasal-Delivery system is dramatically better value.  IF applied directly to the erectile tissue, you can use LESS and hence it lasts even longer, and you can afford to use it more often for pure rehah., and REHAB is the point, to get it all working again, and exercise those dieing muscles.

(I am told) it does work. 

I have just started on a script for the Levitra spray (20mg Levitra and Phentolamide), and so cannot make observations on Viagra or Cialis

(I am told) that if you prefer the  PR  way then you naturally don't want to shove your Nasal-Applicator in that dark place.   Get a 2cc syringe and use it for delivery.  ... .. .  Remember that the Nasal-Sprayer is designed to 'Spray up your nose'.. and in doing so, recharges for the next application.  For PR, remove the syringe plunger and holding the needle-less-syringe at a slight angle, insert the nasal-applicator into the syringe, and spray into the syringe body.  Quickly turn to vertical, (with your finger over the needle end (NO Needle now)), and add 1cc of filtered water... .. . (just) insert the plunger and shake, and then expel the remaining air... .. . Then - well ,  'PR'    it !
There is NO unpleasant feeling from this method, and reaction is the same as up-ya-nose.  Up-Ya-Nose is not very pleasant, but necessary.
With "In-Your-Eye" PP delivery, (no , leave the Parish Priest out of it) you don't really want dilution, as you would need a peg to hold it closed during the extended absorption time for diluted solutions..
You also have the gravity issue and the device recharging process..  So I would suggest (HeHe) stretch it DOWN and spray UP, and then lift up, pinch and remove the applicator, and whilst pinching and stretching, spread the drop as far as you can.  You should find that NOTHING comes out. (rinse the applicator)

Find a Compounding Chemist.. The components are FDA approved.

I was told by a CC that these were my choices

Sildenafil (Viagra) plus Phentolamine as Spray
Vardenafil (Levitra) plus Phentolamine as Spray or Lozenge
Tadalafil (Cialis) plus Phentolamine as Lozenge

The Lozenge was more expensive because of the labor to load each capsule

No one would ever abuse a product and use it in a way, not approved.. nono
The Levitra product was available as either a Spray or Lozenge,
so it was good for soft tissue delivery at either end.
Whether via the nose or the bum, it would be eventually absorbed into the blood,
and it 'gets' to the penis, where it causes an erection (all explained elsewhere)

Cavaject delivery was fast and very painful (after). mad
MUSE used a better delivery technique for direct access to penile blood
and I think it must be very discomforting

So it's either:
UpYourNose with a rubber hose and watch it rise, OR
InYourEye and watch it fly. . . . turn
HOW - Just take your scripts for ED Meds to a local GP and say that you want to try Nasal Delivery.
Going back to the expensive U-Doc, is fine if money does not matter. ... .. . Remember that this is very necessary Rehab., and they don't care what you use, just so long as it gets thing 'UP' and away. Don't let anyone talk you away from it, to something else..

My very close friend, with whom I would trust my life, has only tried the Vardenafil (Levitra) plus Phentolamine as Spray
He WILL be trying the Sildenafil (Viagra) plus Phentolamine as Spray, next time.

He said that the instructions say it only lasts for about 30days, but I suspect that it would actually last longer, stored in the fridge !

If a product can be swallowed, or sprayed into your nose or poked up your bum, so that it eventually gets to the penis,
Then it's InYourEye and watch it fly. smhair

I am in Sydney, and tried a few CC's and they said that they could not do the injections. I think that it is because of the special sterile loading devices, and a general unwillingness to set up for it.

I wanted to give the trimix a go, but could not get it..
