He made it to the other side just fine. Surgeon said everything looked good nothing in the lymph nodes. Took him an extra hour to repair a hernia.

Would ya'll mind keeping a good friend of mine in your prayers he has surgery in the morning. We have the same uro and thanks to Opa N it's nice to talk to somebody that has gone before you. This makes the 3rd person I've met that has the same uro.

Neal didn't post this, but he was at the hospital with him when he went in, and stayed with his family while they waited. He will see him tomorrow morning, and hopefully I will join him in welcoming him to the other side.

Neal thanks for the post. Roger you guys rock. You started that tradition if i remember correctly. You were there for Neal when he went for surgery. What a great network. You sure you guys are cajuns! If not we will galdly adopt you guys into the clan.:)

What a wonderful thing you guys are doing.

Do keep us posted and let you buddy know that there are a bunch of guys around the net sending best wishes.

Thanks guys for everything, just got home from visiting with him doing good for just getting his prostate removed. Roger and I are going to visit him in the morning. It's a shame we all have to meet this way but what a group I have met here. Thanks Roger for being there for me and for everyone here and I was glad I could be there for my friend and his family.

Just a quick update, they kept him an extra day for the hernia, then last night he developed a slight fever a little over a hundred. Just got home from visiting him and no fever today and hopefully he will be able to come home tomorrow.
