Hey Folks!

I have a question on All Day Chemist.   I've seem people on the board reference them with decent results for ED meds.  A friend of mine bought generic Cialis from them (he was going out of the country) and had a good experience - and the pills were fine.

One of the after effects of prostate cancer is what it does to your ability to buy individual health insurance - although it doesn't seem to take much to get turned down on an insurance application these days.  I lost my group coverage and an in a high-risk pool run by my state.  It's expensive, with a high deductible...and the deductible applies to pharmacy as well.

So....I'm trying to save money on prescriptions.  I take a cholesterol drug and a blood pressure drug --- my wife (who is also in the high risk pool!) requires expensive presciption eye drops.  I have no problem with ED drugs from all day checmist --- I was wondering if anyone uses them for "regular" prescriptions- or any other in-expensive on-line pharmacy they might recommend.

Any help or advice would be great!  Thanks!

This isn't exactly what you asked, but it may help. When I had to switch to a high deductible individual plan I switched from lipitor for cholesterol to simvastatin and the walgreens price dropped from about $70 to $10 per month. You can get 2x the dose you need, chop the pills in half, and save even more. At that price it might not be worth messing with offshore pharmacies. Subsequent tests showed the simvastatin did just as well in controlling my cholesterol as the lipitor, but everyone's situation is different.

After using ADC for my ED meds, I now buy my mother's Arimidex, a breast cancer drug, from them as well. It seems to be fine...she feels exactly the same on the ADC brand as the local pharm - which is really tired. I also had a bud who used them for Welbutrin. He was happy.

After I made my first purchase from ADC, my credit card was 'compromised'. My bank called me and suggested that I close the account which I did. I don't know if it was the ADC purchase which caused the problem, but the timing suggests that it was. I think I saw that you can pay by check. I'll try that next time.

I, like others, have converted my cholesterol and blood pressure drugs to generics (simvastatin and lisinipril), which cost just $4 each per month or $12 per 3 months supply at the local pharmacies. That would be my first option for maint. drugs, as you would probably be buying generics from ADC, so might as well save the shipping. The advantage kicks in when the drugs cost more here out of pocket, than ordering from them.

As others have said, generics locally are probably a better idea, same pills, about the same cost once shipping is figured in and in your hands when you want them.

For a generic alternative for med's that don't currently have a generic available in the states it's a good deal. My wife gets her Latisse (eyelash extender) from ADC, $100+/bottle here, $10 at ADC. And I have gotten 3 shipments of rehab' pills from them with no issues.

Tonight my wife and I will sit down and place what I believe is our 8th order with ADC.
We purchase everything that we can get from them. This includes ED meds, Reflux, some heart condition my wife has, etc. and some OTC items.
All of these conditions have been checked by doctors since we started getting as much as we could from ADC. All of the meds are working fine.
I have very good insurance. It is still cheaper about $350.00 - $400.00 per month to buy from ADC.

Never a problem. Lately, got the generic Protonix for heartburn. As good as the real deal. Also used 2 kinds of ED meds and an antibiotic.
