Found this one at Bostwick Labs, for predicting further spread. Someone may have already posted, if so, sorry... It says:

"UroPredict™ is based on data from real patients. It predicts the chance that a man's prostate cancer remains confined to the prostate. "

Interesting...

I tried a few variations, but one thing I found consistant. With a G-9, it is a very rare thing to find it confined to the prostate...regardless of age and PSA. Whether you are 40, 50, 60 years old and with even with a PSA of .5 --- with a G-9 there is a > 75% chance it is not confined.

I noticed the same thing Jerry. I played with several variations of my G9, with essentially the same results.

What does unifocal mean?

kobota, it means one location or occurrance, I suppose.

Definition: : arising from or occurring in a single focus or location <unifocal infection>

So with this one if I answer yes to unifocal I have a 22% chance of extraprostatic and with no raises it to 45%.

Pretty good guess, mine definitely got out. That is why after surgery and SRT my PSA is 4.2. Oh go figure, I wound up on the wrong side of the equation. Duh!!
