Question about effect on PSA numbers

They say that before you go in for a PSA test that you are to refrain from an ejaculation for 48 hours. Do you think the number of ejaculations prior to the 48 hour rule matters. In other words, if you had an ejaculation every day for the 7 days prior to the waiting period versus once a week would you need to extend the waiting period to ensure the prostate was not still being effected?
