Good news, my 10 month PSA numbers came back at 0.04 (undetectable) and I've graduated to 6 month PSA checks from 3 month. I've never woried about my PSA number prior to tests as I feel as though PCa is behind me.
Unfortunately I'm still dealing with incontinence 10 months out, I recently switched to a lighter feminine pad (Tenna) which is thinner and less expensive, my leaking is down to 1 per day but 2 if I'm doing strenuous work. I talked to my uro yesterday about the leaking and he said "won't prescribe drugs" and "give it more time". For me those were the right answers, I'm not going to do anything but exercise for a year and a half before I begin to look at options. Hopefully I can conquer the leak the same way my ED eventually corrected itself...with patience and a positive outlook.
I feel good and I'm enjoying my new freedom since retiring last month.
