Change in ejaculation - indication of cancer?

I was diagnosed at 45. No change in amount...power was less, but had been for years, and at times it actually hurt, but I was a guy who was clued into PCa by prostatitis. If not for prostatitis, I wouldn't have known about PCa until I was 50. I promised my great uncle, who died from PCa in his mid 80's that I would be checked by age 50 at his urging.
