the benefit of omega 3 - DHA (the fish route) , and the possible hazards of taking omega 3 - ALA (the nuts and berries route)
... the more we know - the better we can be - including being confused as heck.
NOTE: do keep in the mind the endless studies saying drinking wine is good - drinking wine is bad - beer is good - beer is bad ( is there such a study!?)... you get my drift...
