any suggestions on natural products to help get an erection.  I'm three months post op, but nothing works.

When you say nothing works - please be more specific...

At three months - you are still very early in the healing stage....

nothing means some fullness in the AM but no real sexual possibilities

3 months from surgery is way, way too soon to say that nothing works. i think your expectations are a bit off target. you are still in the early stages of healing from a major and traumatic surgery.

why natural anyway? I've heard people say they work, but I'd focus on actual ED pills for now.

How were you going into surgery? zero issues in that dept?

There is something along the natural route that will increase blood flow, everywhere not just the penis

It works great when taken 20-30 minutes prior to ED pills

L-Arginine, You can get L-Arginine from Walnuts and many other food sources as well as suppliments, many discussions on this forum and lots on google plus this one

When you say "nothing works", I read it to mean that you have tried the big three ED Rx pills for several weeks each, and you got no result even with active stimulation? (Remember that they don't cause anything, they just help it along).

And yes, I think that three months is very early to expect anything as well.

As others have said. Your way early in the game. With that being said I expected to see quick results also (didn't happen). We all have heard the remarks of this guy or that guy that had a natural erection in the hospital. There are many things to do to help jr return back to the game. I am going to recommend that you check out franktalk.org. That site deals specifically with the issues of ED and rehab.

Welcome Newman If there is fullness at 3 months, then something is working even at this early stage of game. Gosh again Im going to wish for a computer program that will force newbies to put there stats in before it can post. Guys we are not mind readers, EX, for this post, at least, age, any ed problems pre treatment , nerves spared or not, if surgery, stuff lidat.

Hi Newman, I'm 6 months out from LRP. I was the same at 3 months without the blue pill (or Cialis). My Dr. had me taking the pills though since two weeks out. I could get about 90% wood with the pills at 3 months, good enough for occasionally successful sex. I started a vigorous walking program to help blood circulation. Now I usually get full wood with the pill and about 90% without it. But I have to be fast or I lose it.
It sounds like you have a good chance to be getting wood in the future. I would take the pills to keep the little guy on life support in the meantime.
