I can't stand it! :)

OK Here's who I have for attendees. We are getting quite a group now. Don't worry more space is available!

I did not make reservations or recommendations yet. I figure I will wait until Monday and l have a good count.

Like I said before, with the RVs, couch, spare bedroom, porch, and tents in the back we can find enough space for everyone.

Now I just need to know when people are arriving so I can arrange food. I made an estimate above. I'm thinking Friday night at the local restaurant in town. Wives are welcome.
And it will be a good chance for most everyone to meet.

Wives (including mine) will split off and do other things for the rest of the weekend.

Saturday activities will depend upon the weather. The main meal will be a NY style clambake - with lots of fresh, locally grown and just harvested veggies. Night time campfire, or bonfire and a movie courtesy of the Sonny's Mobile RV Theater.

The official "meeting" will be Saturday afternoon with product demo, swap meet, and Q&A. I know I have a bunch.

Sunday (or Sat) there is the Gun show, a winery tour with cheese, fruit and and veggie trays, the local cider mill and donut shop. We also have to send a certain person's catheter bag into low earth orbit and do a comparison study of some personal security devices.

Meals and Breakfast Casseroles will be prepared under the strict guidance of our FrankTalk.org hero Paul. Who if I understand correctly will be just off a working stint with Mario Batali. Can't wait to hear about that!

Newbies, Don't be shy. Come on over. There is plenty of space. I promise you will have a "blast".

People will begin to filter out on Sunday afternoon, Monday, Tuesday but you are welcome to stay longer if you like. Really!
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that "Anticipation" is GFMPH. It is must be true. Mine feels better already.

Don't worry. Something tells me there will be plenty more of these types of Meetings.
We will be sure to blow up, I mean, pressure test a catheter bag in your honor. You might even hear it.

Oh! Thanks for the reminder. I forgot about the movie and campfires! (Added!)
I'll have plenty of 50 pound weights for the lifting event. Will you guys need more? The nearby farm store sells 50 pound salt licks for $7. We can use those if we run out of weight.

Ok if the produce is all locally grown, where do the clams come from?  I have warn you when it comes to clams I can eat my weight in them Yum YUm YUM

Today I was at the grocery store and the sign for the strawberries "Strawberry clam shells 2 for $6.98"  Strawberries are produce, right?

OK, for you sticklers out there..... The corn, cabbage, and salt potatoes come from Passarell Farms in Holley NY. They are one of the largest suppliers of cabbage this side of the Mississippi. If you've eaten a Chinese egg roll, odds are the cabbage came from Passarell's. He ships tractor trailer loads to a factory in NJ that processes them to make the egg rolls you see in many of the Chinese restaurants in the US.

And you will be eating the goods fresh!

The clams, I have no idea. Not Lake Ontario. I'm figuring an average of 4.5 dozen per person. Don't forget the pound of butter and the chicken, and the corn, and the .....
We will do this outside so we can all hose off when we're done.

The washing machine will be available if anyone needs to wash their clothes.

Jeff, WOW what a show this is going to be. We are so excited the anticipation is driving us nuts. We made it to Niagara Falls this afternoon late. Quite a drive from Annapolis, MD.

We did see some nice country. Did not stay on interstate all the way.

We are going to have another mini GFMPH tomorrow. Bronson and Mike are going to meet us in Niagara at noon.

Jeff tell me about the chicken with a calm bake. How does that work? You boil the chicken with the Clams? Never have had the experience of a Clam Bake. Completely new to me. Now I know you you guys felt when I did the Crawfish boil! CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

Jeff, A mini GFMPH to see Mikey and Bronson . Nice! I have my PCa pin ready.

The chicken is par boiled first, then cooked on the grill. You slather it with the BBQ sauce of your choice.
As for the clam bake, traditionally some of the clams are eaten raw. You slurp 'em down alive while thinking thoughts not suitable for a public forum. Another couple dozen are cooked in the steamer. As is the corn, and the salt potatoes. For a change-up, a dozen or so are cooked on the grill. Everything is dipped or soaked in salted butter. Hands and faces are covered with goop just like after a Crawfish boil. You periodically drain the broth from the cooker and drink it. At the end, the shells, corn cobs, butter soaked paper towels, anything burnable, all gets tossed into the fire pit they are converted into BTUs and CO₂.
It is deeelicious and GFMPH - since the is no red meat. ;-)
I now have three firepits of varying sizes so we can decide which one is best depending upon the weather.

Tonight I made arrangements for the dinner Friday night. That will start at 7:00PM with the wives. The restaurant has something special planned for us.

It's a safe bet nobody will go hungry this weekend.

Don't parboil the chicken. Have it marinated, and I will cook iit on the grill.

I cooked about 1000 pounds of chicken this summer.

Let me know and I'll bring one of my cooking grates.

I have been 99% dry since July 1, the 1% not dry has been only from the Anticipation of GFMPH so when I am there that 1% will go away. (I hope) So not to worry your new $400 mattress is safe from this Water Guy.   You and Cajun Jeff are the ones who hyped GFMPH so much that the Anticipation makes me dribble down my leg now.

Wish I was in Buffalo today with Cajun Jeff's entourage and meeting Bronson.

You sound like a man with experience! Sold! Marinating it is!
I'll take you up on your offer. I have two gas grills now, one for the clams and the other for whatever. There is also a new 3 foot diameter firepit near the end of my lawn, between the backstop and the energy crop, where we took the video last year. That might be useful. If you can easily bring your cooking grate, we can use it. I have plenty of concrete blocks.

Since there will only be ~15-20 of us, we probably won't need 1000 pounds of chicken 100 pounds should be plenty.
