CB -- i think in your case i would be in favor of more sensitive testing, and i'm not saying that to alarm you but you are a g7 less than a year from surgery. in my case all the curative bullets have been fired so sensitive testing isn't needed.

James, I would take this as good news notwithstanding your doubts about
the quality of the most recent results. You had an upwards trend becoming established and peaking with two results over 0.1. And now the latest 0.08 (if you believe it) puts you back down into the "undetectables".
Coincident with the latest results you have made lifestyle changes ~ and there is enough evidence to suggest that can slow a rising PSA. So my guess is that your true PSA is now around 0.08 ~ 0.09, which represents a static result or even a decline if you want to put a more positive spin on it.
