Well, now that I have PCa, I'm enjoying my eggs.
All this talk of red meat, milk and eggs being a factor in PCa makes me wonder if the problem is not the food, but the growth hormones that have been pumped into them (and us) for so many years. Fish doesn't seem to have this problem... But then there is poultry, which has also been hormonized to the Nth degree by the food industry.... Hmm...
Anyway I stick with raw milk, organic, range fed meat and eggs. But then I have the luxury to live in a rural area with easy access to farms. I've picked my poison.
