I know there is a great deal of controversy regarding the benefits of certain foods and PCa.  Not going to try and stir that pot again.

as i am baking a real meaty lasagna in the oven as i type, with garlic bread.

Cold and rainy in Erie today. Lasagna or even a big bowl of Potato soup sounds really good.

i made eggplant parmesan yesterday from scratch.  it was definitely a labor of love cool .

Nasty weather in New England as well. For me tonight will be baked salmon, broccolini cooked in olive oil and garlic, and roasted baby potatoes.
