Could be, maybe, maybe not. No one at all really knows. In biopsy, surgery etc. escape of cancer cells is possible.
I have over the past four years done much research. I have also heard of much better success rates from SRT.
I will worry about
mets if & when it is detected. I do know that with nerve sparing more prostate tissue remains and as a result
more psa. You can talk to a dozen people/professionals and get a dozed different opinions. All I know is that SRT is
the next step at this point. At one tenth of a point increase over 4 years it is not running wild. If SRT does not work then I will
worry about
HT then. I am a lot better off than many others that have cancer. I prefer to look at the glass half full with optimism.
If it gets worse, it is what it is. Right now I am happy about
the good cat scan results and am looking forward to successful SRT.
