pain after sling surgery

I am five weeks out from AdVance sling surgery, still no leaking. However I still have mild to moderate pain in the perineal area. Can anyone relate to this and how long it might last? I have followed doctor instructions very well.

It's been three years since mine, so memory fades a bit. I'd hazard a guess that your experience is within a reasonable range of normal. Remember, you got cut open there, poked, prodded, and a bit of sling material cinched down tight.

hopefully your pain post surgery will fade over pain, i certanly hope so for your sake. good luck
