Ok, during manual therapy for penile rehabilitation, I have noticed the presence of the clear goo or lubricant that would show up during fore play. How could this be? confused I was under the assumption that the prostate gland produced this goo and I know longer own one. Also quite a few years ago I had the big V to prevent any further rug rats nono
I surely hope I do not have the power to regenerate new organs shocked If so,my blood and organs are going to go for a very high price when I die devil
My next Psa test is in Jan. I will ask about this then but for now I thought some of the more advanced minds in this group could help a brother out smilewinkgrin

the cowper's gland is the culprit in this matter - pre-cum (during arousal) and post-coital or mast.urbation fluid can be present after climaxing.
-the gland is often not removed during surgery.

-now, do you still feel you will need glasses and have hairy palms?
-also, when was the last time you were encouraged to take matter in hand?

i think pre-ejaculate slicks things up, and neutralizes urine still hanging around in the tubing, to maximize the sperm that are about to be coming along.   i guess the gland is far enough away from the prostate, that it is seldom involved in PC, and thus not bothered with....non-problem...

google cowpers gland - that is what I did when I hear about this pre-liquid. It will explain it to you better than I ever could, but Bronson did a pretty good job!

definitely the cowpers gland at work. some surgeons remove it, some dont. mine has always worked since surgery, and at times can almost simulate former ejaculate. shortly after SRT, it stopped for a couple of months, thought it was all done, but since, its back to normal. the purpose for the pre-semen from what i read, is that it clears out the urethra in preparation for the ejaculate in route.

Bronson; as far as taking matters in my own hands, well I think it is what I do best!I don't have hardly hair any where on my body except for my head.So none on my hands. At the hospital before surgery, the nurse said she felt guilty for charging me for the pre surgery shave sad Since the development of Dupuytren's Contracture on my right hand, the bumps have added a little some thing new devil If I could figure out how to get for for this, I'd be rich devil

Yeah Cowpers gland is sort of at the base of the penis under the perineum. So not in the area where stuff is removed duringh Da Vinci. I'm guessing that if surgery is done via the perineum it might get removed , also may get removed if lymph glands in the area get removed too. Cowpers is what makes you penis look like it is making tears.

David - interesting that you noted that Cowpers juice disappeared for a while after SRT. As I am currently dry too in that department, although it is now 18 months since SRT. Don't really like the fact that pee dribbling out is the "natural" source of lubricant at present.
