Robotic Surgery 11/10, Final Pathology showed no seminal vesical involvement and Lymph nodes Negative.  Feeling REALLY GREAT about that report. yeah

Leaking some, but not as bad as I expected, so thats a good thing.  (day 4 without a catheter), and I'm going through 3 pads a day (and they're not soaked, just enough to bother me).  Doing my kegels, and things get worse as the day goes on, I suppose the muscles get tired.  I wear a depends at night, and it's almost dry in the morning. 

I'm on Cialis treatment 20mg every third day, and although no reaction (who am i  kidding, it's only been 4 days) I promised myself that I would give myself 6 weeks before I got stressed at all.

Sounds like good news.

Might consider changing the stress point to six months or longer to avoid stress.

In my head, I know it's a long term fight.  I set the 6 week mark to give me time to recover from surgery without thinking about it.  one thing at a time.  Thanks

sounds like you are doing well, so far.

but have realistic expectations, even at 6 weeks, that would be expecting a lot.

if you do too many keagel's, all you will do is tire the muscles out and make late in the day leaking even worse.

remember, you just came out of a major and complex surgery, give your body a break, and let the natural healing
process take place
