Oncas (Jim) responded to Sonny's rant topic with the below, I thought Oncas response so truly speaks to our brotherhood (to include our sisters) that it needed to have its own Topic.

It's an ugly disease that has brought us all together. At first blush it would seem that this disease is our only common denominator.
Truth be told .. it is not.
Compassion, and the desire to assist with each other's struggles is the real adhesive in this room. There is a limitless reserve of experience, intellect and sympathy within this brotherhood. Never hesitate to draw from the well.
Stay the course brother .. we will carry you if you fall.

Bud: Thanks for re-posting this.. There is no doubt that Oncas (Jim) hit the nail on the head. So many have reached out to help each other in so many way. With experience, knowledge, research, and most of all loving brotherly support. I have been fortunate enough to see it in the personal level at the GFMPH gathering were men that have never seen each other face to face become such deep friends over a 3 day weekend.

Raddad you reminded me of how very lucky I am to have found this site and all you guys.

I agree. Well said, Jim. And with Jim - it is not all talk. I have only known him for a few weeks, but he has been extremely helpful and supportive to me. I intend on visiting him soon. Many others on this board have been equally as kind. So thank you all.
