Mine is VERY easy. I wish they would find something that would arrest the growth of Lynn's cancer. The hell with mine, I can live with it.

Mine was - to live one day longer than my wife. I took a call and when got back saw Sonny had posted so I'm modifying mine.


My wish, to live one day longer than my wife /and/ for Sonny's wish to be fulfilled.

Bud, thank you for your wish to me.

I have told my doc more than once that his goal is to keep me alive for at least 6 months longer than Lynn. He asked once "why the six months?"

I told him that Lynn wanted me to have time to spend all of the insurance money and leave nothing behind.

Sounds like a great goal, both ways, to me.

I agree with Susan R - I wish my sons, and my brothers and my nephews never have to join the club.  That's 9 people in all.  Somehow, I fear the odds against my wish coming true are not so good...

Purgatory - in the thread where I borrowed this idea from - everyone was wishng for things like World Peace - No More Hunger - All children have a safe home to sleep in...

My wish was to win the biggest Power Ball Lottery ever so I could helps others get their wish fullfilled... And me keep the change.

I wish someone finds a side-effect-free cure for all cancers (plus some kind of offshoot that prevents people getting cancer in the first place)
