Thought Todd said he was headed to Oregon. Either way it's beautiful this time of year up here. But don't tell anyone else.

if my 2012 is as good as 2011 i will be very happy.  now 2010 -- different story.  more like a nightmare. i was glad to drive a stake in the heart of that beast :).  anyhow, i wish everyone the very best in the new year!

I'm with you, Ed. 2010 was the stinker year. Between the PCa and two herniated discs in my neck, I was pretty miserable from mid-August through the end of that year. 2011 was pretty good.

I realize that Jan. 1st is just another day, but New Year's Day always seems to bring with it a burst of energy and a renewal of hope that the coming year will be good for us and for those we love.

Maybe this will be the year when we see a real breakthough in the prevention and cure of prostate cancer.

Clock, in the very least i hope we stay on the same trajectory!  i feel so good these days that i can't imagine going back.  i think it's going to be a great year!

Sleepless.... I saw Mt. Rainier this morning...... It's still in Washington just south east of Seattle. Maybe you should cut down on that rum...LOL tongue

Hi everyone. I got back from Oregon late last night and had a blast. Back to work today but feeling recharged and ready to take on the world. We spent 2 days in the 7200 to 8500 ft. elevation in some of the most beautiful country in the world. We were surrounded by no less than 5 mountain peaks at all times. To top it off my sweetheart hit enough on a slot machine to pay for our trip. I SHOULD ADD THAT SHE IS NOT A GAMBLER. She was giddy. I would like to add that I do pack a bear gun when I am in the wilderness but I am only allowed one bullet and I have to keep it in my pocket. On a pca. note I started taking my pau d' arco again last week and my symptoms ( bone pain in my hip and lower back numbness in my right toes and dry cough ) are largely diminishing. Hope you all had a great new year. Amanda and I took a 10 minute cat nap at about 9 pm new years eve and woke up to fireworks. Peace....Todd

After what my last trimix shot did, using that guy would have been considered torture in any court. It didn't even start to drop until I was getting ready to head to the ER. Bumped from 0.11 (45 min) to 0.13 (3h 50 min), and it was 40-day old trimix. I think I got the version that gets better with age -

(edited to clarify the dose - in a 1ml syringe)
