Bob, sorry you're pissing out of your ass and cannot get an erection (yet). But that has little to do with Samadi.

Samadi's success is that most of his patients, such as myself, aren't pissing out of their ass and aren't having too many issues with erections. Perhaps that is what he calls "success" along with post operative negative margins.

That's where I think you got mixed up in Samadi's message. It takes a great surgeon to deliver those result son the right candidate and he's one of them. I am not bothered by his advertising that because it helps people locate him and reach those goals.

I don't think anyone has asked or suggested you stop posting so let's drop the drama.
