Mary here,

Please send positive thoughts/prayers for my darling husband.

The last few months have been quite cruel and very emotional for our family, Willie has had a rough road to travel but has been his usual graceful self throughout.

Over the weekend, he developed some problems with weakness.

He went to the ER yesterday, to be assessed for further radiation to stabilize his spine.

While there, he had a severe brain bleed and is not doing well today.

We are awaiting further information from scans done today and hoping that tincture of time will improve this most recent dilemma.

Thanking you all in advance and hoping that you all remain in/ close to the Zero Club for many years to come.

Mary, all the hugs and positive thoughts I can muster are headed your way. I sincerely hope the scans are O.K. and with a bit of time Willie picks up a bit. He is a very fortunate man to have you by his side and from your description of him he is indeed, a very fine man.

Mary and Willie,

I hope you guys know how much your story has helped others on HW. Your courage and love for each other is an inspiration to all.

We took vows for better or worse, and it would appear that you are experiencing a worse time in your lives, yet we can feel your love.

I hope Willie knows that he helps all of us to go on as we read about your journey.

May God bless you guys, and we will be praying for you.

can only wish you and willie the best, and we will still pray and hope for him.

wish there was more that could be done for him, i know he's been on a rough, rough path.

Dear Mary and Willie, be assured you are ALWAYS in my prayers and you, along with several other dear HWers I am quite fond of, are in my thoughts daily.

I hope in a day or so you will have better news to report. In the meantime I thank you for letting us know how things stand and of this fresh challenge.
