Hi all I have been away from the site for awhile spending time with my family and some home projects. I had my third psa draw done since starting POMx and flax seed and my psa has stabilized (my doctor's words). I have been going to the Knight Cancer Center in Portland Oregon and my PC doctor specializes in clinical trials for PC and he told me to keep doing what I have been doing because it seems to be working for me at this point better than any clinical trial they have right now. He also told me that I would most likely die from something else before the PC cancer would. So I will keep taking the POMx and flax seed and see what happens when I go back in May. turn Bob

Bob,

Good to hear back from you, but I must be missing something. Your 2011 PSA readings are nearing .60, up from a high of .38 in 2010, which was up from a high of .18 in 2009. Looks like you have been rising slow but steady since you had salvage radiation. Is there more to your story, or am I misreading your numbers?

Hi David,

The last two readings I had done in 2011 were .59 and now in Feb 2012 it was .59 again. When my level hit .59 that is when I started the Pomx. I need to update my levels in my signature.

Its always good to have an encouraging doctor's visit, and so glad you are onto a good thing, and that stable is the trend for your PSA for the last 12 months!  Good on ya Bob... now its time for you to take your lovely wife out for a surprise dinner-date, relax and have a good time. tongue Keep up your healthy regime! cheers to you both.
