1st PSA coming up post-treatment

My first PSA is coming up Monday , April 2nd and will be just under the 3 month mark after my brachytherapy. I guess it's normal to start getting the pre-test jitters. I'm wondering how long it'll take to get the results back in ?, and also how many days prior to the test should I avoid sexual activity ? What about taking NSAIDS?, had heard that they might artificially lower PSA levels ?

Good luck on the results...

Every doc is different. I get my blood drawn and go in a week later for the results. Some people get the results the same day.... You;ll just need to ask your doc.

Sexual activity...I'm in the school of thought that I don't change my behavior to try and influence the test results... But, stopping 4 days before the test would maybe help.
