If I understand your MRI scan results has shown PCa in the prostate bed. You are showing a PSA after surgery. That means that you still have some prostate cancer tissue present.
I am sure that while Dattoli intends to radiate the prostate bed, he will target the suspicious lymph nodes too. You said: "Mayo does not want to do radiation unless they are reasonable confident the area being radiated has cancer....which I agree with."
The MRI showed positive for the prostate bed. If that is the case ask Mayo where is the PSA coming from after surgery?
It makes sense to me that SRT plus HT is the way to go.
