Even if you only walk to one end of the house to the other- walk, as many times a day as you can, adding more distance to it. And drink water, plenty of water. You got junk, flotsham, clots, pieces and bits of you floating around in there and they need to be flushed out, as well as hyrdating your bowel to get regular again. With the catheter, this is the first time since infancy, probably, when you can pee when and where as you please, so take advantage of it. Walk, water, repeat..
