how long to wait after antibiotic to have psa tested

Ok I have had what they think is a UTI or prostate infection. I had bad burn and blood in urine, put me on Bactrim, felt great that same day I started it but had to go off from reaction...A few days later mild burn and tingling at penis tip..now on Cipro for 20 days..I feel ok some days and perinum pressure and mild discomfort at penis tip...no more blood though and he checked my urine and its clear..

? is this

1) I am due for my yearly psa test, I have 4 more days of Cipro left, should I wait a month or so or until ALL symptoms are back to normal before having test ??

2) how long should I abstain from sex and bike riding before test ?

3) can I still run or jog before blood test ?

last July my psa was .98, yea before .99, and etc

yea I know, im not sure this Cipro is going to do the trick, I only have a few more days left of it and I still dont feel "normal".... Too bad I couldnt take the Bactrim, that seemed to work great

#2......... 48 hours
#3.........I would abstain from that too....
